Although well known & supported in New Zealand, Fun Ho is reasonably unknown & unappreciated in the rest of the world. Accepted as a durable but rather crude representation of any actual vehicle, Fun Ho toys were quite readily available at a time when import restrictions & tariffs limited the availability or more accurately made scale models from overseas. Although many of the Fun Ho toys were copied from cast iron & plastic toys from abroad, they were completely made in NZ
The intention of this book is to detail the history of Fun Ho, to list all the toys they made & show a photograph of each toy where possible: a definitive history of these toys that were indeed "World Famous in New Zealand"
